Three Z Printing Adds Goss M-500

Three Z recently added a Goss M-500 to expand its printing operations. The M-500 delivers up to 40,000 impressions per hour.
 
“Given Three Z’s extensive line of Goss equipment, the M-500 was a logical step to enhance their operations with a minimal learning curve for the staff,” explained Alexander Lutton, Goss project manager.
 
The installation and commissioning were completed ahead of schedule.
 
“The M-500 provides the technology and speed to help Three Z be competitive in the markets we print in,” said Bill Zerrusen, CEO of Three Z Printing. “The added capacity will allow us to be more efficient plus give us the room to add additional sales.”
 
Located in Teutopolis, IL, Three Z Printing is one of the largest family-owned commercial web printers in the United States. For more than 35 years they have been a leading print provider to the publishing industry, specializing in direct mail, inserts, and ads. In their small town of 1,500 people, Three Z employs 400 people from the local community.
